1. General
These terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
 > We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason at anytime.
 > All services are provided subject to compliance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

2. Our Responsibilities
We will provide services as outlined in the agreed-upon product descriptions with reasonable skill and care.
 > Your personal data will be handled in accordance to our privacy policy.
 > We receive rights to perform updates, maintenance, or service adjustments that may disrupt the services. Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.

3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information.
 > All activities conducted through your account are your own responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately in case of any breaches or unauthorized access.
 > You must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws, when using our services
 > Payment for services must be made in full within the invoice period. Any late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are due as per the invoice schedule. Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment platforms, or other approved methods.
 > Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Setup fees, third-party products, and ongoing service charges are non-refundable.
 > We reserve the right to impose a reactivation fee for accounts suspended due to non-payment.

5. Services
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities includes, but not limited to:
 > Spamming or sending unsolicited emails.
 > Hosting unlawful content.
 > Attempting to breach the security of our systems or other customers' data.

If any prohibited activities are detected,  we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Properties
All intellectual property rights for the software, tools, and content provided by us remain our property or the property of our licensors.
 > You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services as per the agreed terms.
> You may not copy, distribute, or amend any software or tools provided by us without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any accidental, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
 > Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in contention during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. We also reserve the right to terminate your account without notice for: 
 > Breach of any Terms
 > Engagement in lawful activities
 > Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, access to your account and associated services will cease. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
 > We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these will be resolved in Malaysia courts.
